Assisted Stretching

For those who find stretching boring and need motivation!

Work with a practitioner to learn appropriate stretches for your body to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Both passive and active stretching methods, including PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), AI (Active Isolated Stretching), and eccentric muscle contractions, are employed.

Correct postural alignment during stretching prevents body compensation, more effectively relaxing contracted muscles and strengthening weak muscles, ensuring maximum benefits to targeted muscle groups.
